Dress was my graduation project at University of Arts and Design Karlsruhe/Germany. I was interested in the relation between the user, furniture and clothes and experimented with typical forms and functions. The products of the collection have a playful character, but still refer to human needs. They are innovative, but in a very simple way, so that everybody can understand them. Home Traveller is the combination of a chest and a handbag. The mobile storage unit functions like a chest and can be carried from one place to another. Couch Sleeper combines the functions of a daybed and a sleeping bag. The design is based on the notice that people always use a blanket while lying on the couch. Lingerie Locker is based on the notice that many people tend to overstuff their chest of drawers. The flexible tube made of strech textile between the two wooden parts can be filled from both sides of the drawer. Shelf Stripper is the combination of tights and a shelf and offers more flexibility.
