Type specimen (poster).
Typedesign:
Typeface as the main source of all applied design work for dance-duo "Verbatim".
To reflect on the dance concept, the typeface is drawn from a single line which builts up the skeleton of an oldstyle serif font.
At a certain size the letters lose their information content and start to work as pure form.

The dancers core sentence “Control the audience’s interpretation” is given an accidental, yet regulated twist by the means of the Surrealist game Exquisite Corps. The further one unfolds the poster, the further an (absurd) definition of this sentence evolves. Overlapping words/meanings are overprinted in the 2 colors.
Additionally one can find further background information on every unfolded page which always refers to the newly developed content.
