Experimental corporate design for Sundance Independent Film Festival.

As biggest of its kind, Sundance is positioned in between mainstream and underground, but still remains loud, self-confident and with a sense of humour. Most important, Sundance speaks its own language in a bold and often radical tone.

Das Sundance ist laut, selbstbewusst und hat Sinn für Ironie.
Es schwebt als größtes Independent Film Festival der USA zwischen Mainstream und Underground.
Das Rechteck mit er abgeschnittenen Ecke wird zur Sprechblase, für Kommentare, Witz und Selbstironie. Es taucht in allen Medien auf und wird so zum dynamischen, identitätsstiftenden Signet. Begleitet wird diese Form von einer brutalen Headline-Systematik, die inhaltlich die Sprache des Sundance widerspiegelt.
Die jährlich wechselnde Farbgebung ist ebenso laut und stark.
Bildmaterial wir unverändert, fast dokumentarisch, verwendet.
