The workshop method named cubid is a tool in the form of a game that agencies can use together with their clients in the beginning of a corporate design process. With the aid of cubid, huge workshops, which are normally extremely time and cost intensive, can be condensed. Therefore even small agencies with lower budgets and resources are able to use this important method for customer analysis.
The method pursues two major goals. On the one hand the agency gets self-definitions from the client about the company. On the other hand the participants learn basic functions of visual communication, which enable them to comprehend the following process of the emerging corporate design.
