Having worked in the fast food industry throughout high school, I know the pressures of the fast-paced work environment. From dealing with customers, to working the late nights, it is a mostly thankless job. Now, as a Graduate Student at the School of Visual Arts, I wanted to use my design skills to give back to these employees, that often go unappreciated despite their hard work. After casting, painting, mounting and silk screening these golden burgers, myself and an entourage of friends delivered the awards to employees working the graveyard shift around Manhattan.
