I believe it is our job as artists and creative problem solvers to view the world differently and ask thought provoking questions. I hope that my work can encourage a greater global consciousness and curiosity about the world—and the people in it—and inspire a fresh perspective.

44 x 66 in digital graphic illustrations, printed on an Epson inkjet printer on enhanced matte cardstock paper.
These illustrations were made by deconstructing country political flags into their basic geometric shapes and then rearranging the pieces to create new visions of an ideal world. Each poster contains all (or nearly all) of the flag pieces from each sovereign state. The flag elements were rotated, scaled, rearranged, and re-layered in each composition to form the unique scenes.
My goal is to question our ideas about political identity and division and hopefully inspire viewers to see the world—and each other—with a fresh perspective.
