Transformer collection is a serial of design for coffee table(seat) and lighting made of cardboard and wood with piano coating lacquer.
Transformer is a coffee table(seat) which encourage users to discover and experience the emotional slow living. ‘The moment is exclusive.’ The lighting, shadow, and outside environments will keep the transformer changing all the time. People can always explore something new and old within the same object. Therefore, the lifecycle of product will be extended unconsciously.
The cardboard pyramids can all be flat package and recyclable. It can also be printed or sketched on the surface. People can assemble units by themselves just like a 3D jigsaw.
Discovery and experience make the design more and more.
Transformer light also uses the same pyramid units. People can change their lamp anytime by adding new pyramids into the canopy. Also, this version provides 4 different height pyramids. The lighting can have more fluent shapes up to the multi-combinations.
