Brandenburg Berlin wants to become the place to be with climate change adaption research and integration. The Industrie und Handelskammer Potsdam and the Klimaplattform e.V. where asking for an identity. So a name was invented and three Posters created to communicate their intentions.

The Posters are showing abstract landscapes with all participants at one hand and textures and patterns that have to to with climate adaption research on the other hand. Like plants/leafs that are engineered for better standing higher temperatures for example.

The participants are mapped by their latitude and longitude and form a force field (Metaballs). Then digital agents move through that field and leave trails. This is how the graphics are creating themselves but it is the metaphor for the Klimaland as well.

The software Processing was used to create the graphics.

This project wanted to find out how generative design approaches are applicable for creating an identity.
