A series of three acrylic paintings focusing on the complicated relationship between sisters. The twins from the film The Shining by Stanley Kubrick were used as inspiration in representing the intense bond sisters share. This series also explores ideas of the individual vs. the pair and notions of emotional dissonance vs. physical closeness.
