Phases of Development for Designers
The "Phases of Intellect for Designers" is a poster that I created to illustrate the intellectual development a designer experiences over the period of a lifetime.
The ideas behind this diagram came from internalizing the advice given by over 15 experienced designers and artists who where visiting lecturers at our program's Design Dialogues event.
This diagram has assisted me as well as other designers to come to an understanding of where we currently stand in terms of individual growth and also to comprehend what must be done to continually improve.
