The forms and applications of the Federal Employment Agency were over-worked in relation to clarity, ease of use, design, layout and production management. Application application processing/handling should facilitated. Errors and the helplessness of the applicant in completing the form can be reduced. The feeling of powerlessness before the application and the fear of social decline on the side of the applicant are to be reduced.
