We dealt intensively with the chosen artist "Franz Ackermann". We reduced his formal language to the contrast between surface and lines.
Based on this we designed a corporate design (including the logo, business paper and an envelope). For the letterhead we developed the concept that lines are made through foldings and so the back is divided into colourful areas. There are multiple versions of folding for the back.
Within one painting of Ackermann the perspective often changes. This principle we used for the front: The text is turned through 90°.

Then we applied our corporate design to a book, which is devided into two seperate booklets. They are held together with one large book cover. The first booklet contains various illustrations inspired by Ackermann`s pictures. They tell a story about a ficticious trip around the world. Each page is folded differently. Out of the illustrations we designed furnitures which are shown in the catalogue-like second booklet.
