Die drei Filmsequenzen sollen die Faszination für Typographie im bewegten Bild wecken und deren funktionale Qualität veranschaulichen. Bei der Produktion setzte sich nach zahlreichen experimentell angelegten Versuchen eine traditionelle Arbeitsmethode durch eine entwickelte analoge Einzelbildtechnik auf Transparentpapier. Diese mittels analoger Technik entstandenen Aufnahmen, wurden jeweils im Schlussteil der Sequenzen mit digital erzeugten und teilweise programmierten Bildern kombiniert.

The three sequences are due to arouse fascination for typography in moving pictures and to illustrate their functional quality. During an extensive experimental work phase the traditional method of analogically developped frames on tracing paper prevailed. Subsequently, in the final part of each sequence, the resulting analogue photographs were combined with digitally generated and programmed material.
