For the fifth anniversary of the designer list (mail distributor of the FHP) the database of mails was visualized.

The goal of my approach was to show at what time and how fast emails were answered. To show the delay, I merge all weekdays of the years to one day and show them in a 2 days time frame. The time frame was chosen to see the delay over night. All replies point over an arc to the origin mail.

This kind of visualization gives a quick impression which mails need a lot time to reply, just by looking at the height of the arc and as well a good impression which time is the best to post a question, regarding the density of the arcs.
