For my diploma in visual communication I did a publication that triggers our mindfulness in stressy situations.
Burnout, stress, information overdose, work-life-unbalance, procrastination, restlessness: we love to be busy all day long without realizing our need to rest sometimes to stay effective.
The book is a statment against the culture of the usual unlimited activity. Stress is not a regular condition or a status symbol – but a tool to react on extraordinary situations.
