Equally through elements of playing, fun, exercise, recreation, even including some skills, analysis of human motion brought up elementary division of some of the capabilities that we should be able to develop in some aspects of our daily life. These are: coordination, balance, flexibility and reflex.
Each of them requires a certain way of thinking, treating and acting upon. Each element can be described through personal growth, development and rebuilding some of the human character such as: creativity, intelect, sociability, confidence, closeness, interaction, intuition, reaction, communication and even improvisation. Reaction between the user and the object, object with its surroundings and interaction of all of these three elements together make combinations with which people are led to physical activities. Subtle need for activation is formed without beeing directly realized through sport or play tools, but instead unites both by giving a whole new perspective to the same goal.
