The premise of this project was to package an experience. I decided to focus on identity as an experience.

In many ways people tend to wear their identities. These t-shirts represent various parts of my identity, and especially reflect my biracial and multicultural experience growing up. The tags represent societies use of labels and stereotypes. I believe that identity is not defined by labels. The act of unzipping the shirts and reading the designed quotes inside, seeks to convey this notion by either contradicting or further expanding upon the the word on the outside tag.
