A book made using the 16 thesis presentations of the 16 Yale Graphic Design MFA students. In an effort to push readers to engage themselves more deeply in content, I designed a book that had to be read slowly and carefully by separating text and images. As they read the text, a little bit of transparency of paper gives readers a hint of the accompanying image which is on the back of the page. Inserting a physical gap between text and image forces readers to use their imagination to understand the content while turning page by page.
